We deliver eligible products within Australia using services selected for the product size, weight, value and destination.
Shipping charges
The shipping amount and any delivery restrictions must be confirmed before payment. Free metro shipping promotions apply only when displayed for the specific order and may exclude heavy, dangerous, oversized or remote-area freight.
- Standard courier: smaller parcel-compatible products
- Heavy freight: batteries, fridges and other weight-restricted products
- Oversized freight: awnings, racks, bars, tanks and bulky equipment
Dispatch and delivery
In-stock orders are prepared after cleared payment is received and matched to the order reference. Dispatch and delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by stock confirmation, dangerous-goods requirements, carrier networks, weather and remote destinations. Tracking information will be supplied when supported by the carrier.
Receiving an order
Inspect cartons for visible damage before accepting delivery where practical. Photograph damaged packaging and products promptly and contact us with the order reference. Do not install or use an item that appears damaged or unsafe.
Authority to leave
If a customer authorises unattended delivery, responsibility and carrier coverage may change after delivery. High-value, heavy or oversized orders may require a signature, suitable unloading access or depot collection.
