These terms apply to use of the website and orders placed with Aussie Offroad Supply. They operate alongside rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted and stock is not committed for dispatch until product availability, delivery requirements and cleared payment are confirmed. We may contact the customer to correct an obvious pricing, freight, description or availability error before accepting the order.
Prices and payment
Website prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. PayID and bank-transfer orders must use the exact payment reference supplied at checkout. Customers must verify that the payee name shown by their bank matches the business name displayed on the website.
Product information and fitment
Images and descriptions are intended to identify the offered product, but customers must verify manufacturer part numbers, dimensions, specifications and vehicle compatibility. Generated lifestyle imagery is illustrative and must not override written manufacturer specifications. Professional installation may be required.
Availability and delivery
Stock and dispatch information can change. If we cannot supply an accepted order within a reasonable time, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate solution, which may include an alternative product or refund. Shipping is governed by the Shipping & Delivery policy.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability for matters outside those guarantees is limited to reasonably foreseeable loss directly connected with the order.

These terms are governed by the laws applying in Queensland, Australia. Customers should first contact us so we can attempt to resolve a concern directly.
